Rev. Pervis J. Hall is a native Houstonian and the founding pastor of Fellowship Church in Houston’s historic Freedmen’s Town, as of June 19, 2014, later to be known as The Way Fellowship. His vision, energy, commitment and passion is to reach and impact the unchurched and untouched of today with the love of Christ. His main commitment is to Christ first, and then to those he serves. As a result of over 15 years of ministerial service to youth & young adults, Pastor P has witnessed the Power of God at work through the simple teaching of the Gospel which has been & CONTINUES to be the reason tremendous growth is realized. His relational skills with young people has led to many tangible deposits in the fabric of today’s young adult culture and entertainment industry.
Pervis J. Hall is a native Houstonian, born October 4, 1974. He is an alumnus of Willowridge High School. He elected to attend the College of Biblical Studies-Houston in Organizational Leadership where he received his Bachelor’s Degree. He continued his education at Houston Baptist University where he received his Master’s Degree in Apologetics.
Pervis J. Hall, more commonly known as Pastor P, is charismatic and a passionate leader. He has expertise in public speaking, non-profit development, media relations and brand management. He is motivated and a driven professional with a well-rounded background in organizational leadership; including creating curriculum, team building, event planning, personnel management, and counseling.
Pervis J. Hall is a member of Freedmen’s Town Preservation Coalition, Rutherford BH Yates Museum, Devos Urban Leadership Initiative, Houston League of Business & Professionals, Friends of Emancipation Park, Coalition of Pastoral Leaders, My Brother’s Keeper and a TSU Community Servant.
Pervis J. Hall was the Young Adult Pastor at Greater Pure Light Church in 2012, He is currently the Church Planter/Pastor at Fellowship Church at Freedmen’s Town currently known as The Way Fellowship and a Speaker at Pace Youth Inc.
Pastor P is the proud father of two (2) beautiful children, Genesis and Jeremiah Hall.
